On Nov 8 we kicked off our season with our very first Mini Tourney for the 14s. Over 250 people attended and we had a great first mini tournament with our new friends at Kaimana 14s, Northshore 14s, and Jammers 13s. Crossover matches closed the night with Kaimana 2 facing off with North Shore 2 and Kaimana 1 facing off with North Shore 1. Finally our girls were able to step onto the court to take on the Jammers 13s as 1st seed in our pool to take 1st place over all. It was a great temp check to see where we are at at the start of our season at the beginning of November, and we will continue to check-in as we approach our first tourney in December at the USAV Holiday Classic at the Convention Center.
2023 12s placed 2nd in Gold for Transpac 2023, 7th in Gold for PNQ Spokane Washington USAV Qualifier, 2nd in Flight for the AAU 50th Annual Volleyball Championships in Florida. 14s took 3rd in Bronze for Transpac 2023, 2nd in Flight for Reno USAV Qualifier, and 3rd in Flight for the AAU 50th Annual Volleyball Championships in Florida. Not bad for an almost entire 1st year team for both 12s and 14s.
